LOVE IT OR YOUR MONEY BACK

We hope you love your IOU goods, but you may return them to us for any reason and receive a full refund, including the outbound shipping costs. We will pay for the shipment back to us if you are located in one of the following countries: United States, Canada, Belgium, France, Italy, Monaco, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Gibraltar, Channel Islands, Liechtenstein, Morocco, Norway, Sweden and Spain.

Return conditions:

You must notify us of your intention to return your order within 15 days of receipt of your goods. The goods must not have been used, must be in the condition you received them and in the original box/packaging. Upon receipt of your goods we will inspect them (within 2 working days).

Your refund will be made via the original payment method (credit card, etc.) used by you. We will notify you when the payment is issued. Note that your credit may take a bit longer to show up in your account, depending on the policies of your credit card company

To initiate a Return, please follow this 2-step process:

1. Send an email to: returns@theiouproject.com
    a. If you are returning a single item, please indicate in the subject line of the email the (RAC Code) which can be found next to each item on this invoice.
    b. If you are returning multiple items Indicate your name and in the body of the email indicate your Return Authorization Code (RAC Code) which can be found next to each item on the invoice you received.

2. We will contact you by email within 1 working day and arrange for the pick up of the return shipment.
