You should familiarize yourself with these terms of usage prior to placing orders on our site, or engaging in any of the services offered here.

This site and the services contained herein are intended for persons 16 years of age or older. Any person under 16 should make their parents or legal guardians aware of all activity, commercial or otherwise that he or she is engaged in using our site and obtain necessary approvals and permissions. We reserve the right to not offer our services to persons under 18 years of age. You agree to provide us correct and truthful information including your email and address information.

Proprietary Information

The elements that make up this site including images, icons, films, images, text and certain functionality belongs to Alungi S.L. anything that you submit or post to the Site and/or provide us, including without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as nonconfidential and nonproprietary, and we shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you.

When you publish comments on our site we are automatically granted you the right to use the name you submit together with your photograph and any comments that you publish. You agree and represent that you own and control the rights to the comments you may post throughout our site and that use by us of any of such comments, photographs and information shall not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. We may withdraw any information pertaining to you without prior notice, and for any reason.

Trunk Show Host Regulations

We reserve the right to revoke the status of Trunk Show Host to any individual for any reason. We also reserve the right to change any and all commercial and business terms that govern our relationship with you if you are acting as a Trunk Show Host. Such changes may include any and all changes to the level of commission payments that we make, and any the terms upon which those payments are made. We may also change without any prior notice the rules and regulations governing our collaboration with you as a Trunk Show Host.

The level of Trunk Show Host commissions varies in accordance with several variables. These variables include 1) the amount of time an item is held in a trunk show. The level of commission drops in accordance with a sliding scale. The IOU Project reserves the right to alter that sliding scale. Trunk Show hosts will be notified of any change in the level of commissions 15 working days prior to any changes being made. Such changes will not affect any sales made prior to the commencement of that 15-day notification period. Trunk Show Host commissions are calculated net of any sales taxes that may apply, including VAT taxes applicable to all sales made within the European Union. Such level of sales taxes will be applied in the sole discretion of The IOU Project in accordance with local and national laws. The actual retail prices of items selected by a Trunk Show Host may change at any time and without prior notice to the Trunk Show Host. Such changes may also included changes in the currency in which a given item is offered in a given country. Trunk Show Host commissions will be paid as determined in the sole discretion by The IOU Project, and will be paid within a time frame that may also vary at the sole discretion of The IOU Project. All payments will be final. The IOU Project will provide Trunk Show Hosts with adequate analytical information to allow full understanding and disclosure of how a specific commission was calculated. The IOU Project will make best efforts to ensure that payments are issued to Trunk Show Hosts as soon as possible following a reasonable time within which customers are permitted to indicate their intention to return a product and receive a full refund. Such periods of time may vary from country to country. If a customer is due a refund, no Trunk Show Host Commissions will be paid on that given sale.
